The Mystikum brand was founded over 100 years ago in Berlin and quickly became a global brand with branches in Paris and New York. Mystikum embodies a fascinating history of luxury and elegance that needed to be reinterpreted. It was particularly exciting to revive such a legendary heritage, often associated with a dusty past, and give it a fresh, modern expression – a task that required a great deal of care and sensitivity.
Mystikum’s new range of fragrances, currently consisting of six different scents, pays homage to the golden age of the 1920s, characterised by glitz, glamour and mysterious seduction. The Mystikum brand, once a symbol of luxury and sophistication, returns as ‚the rebirth of a legendary fragrance‘ to appeal to a new generation.
The bottle in this collection is a sophisticated, modern design that evokes the elegance of the 1920s. All the bottles have the same shape to emphasise the uniformity of the brand, but are differentiated by different colour schemes,
that give each fragrance its own visual identity to match the unusual names.
The packaging is also an important part of the brand message.
It combines the tradition of historical mysticism with modern elements and a design reminiscent of the 1920s. The result is a harmonious interplay between the brand’s heritage and its reinterpretation, keeping the timeless luxury of Mystikum alive while building a bridge to the present.
